The criteria behind every coordinated service

DRIVIP applies the same selection, communication and punctuality criteria to every request, from first contact through service close.

01 / AT A GLANCE

Five things to know

  1. 01Driver selected by route and schedule
  2. 02Meeting point confirmed before service
  3. 03Communication available in English and Spanish
  4. 04Conditions shared before payment
  5. 05Follow-up through the same contact channel

02

Driver selection

Every request is coordinated with a driver reviewed for the route, schedule and requirements of the service. DRIVIP does not operate as an instant-availability platform and does not assign drivers at random.

03

Punctuality and coordination

Schedule and meeting point are confirmed before the service. If a flight or schedule changes, it is communicated through the same channel used for the original request.

Before the service

Schedule, route and meeting point are confirmed during request validation.

On the day of service

Any last-minute change is coordinated through the channel already open with the client.

After the service

The receipt and service details remain available to the client.

04

Communication before, during and after

The client receives service confirmation before payment, and can write on WhatsApp in English or Spanish throughout the process.
